In December, the United States cancelled 330 million dollars in economic aid to some 10 countries, including Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, because they refused to sign bilateral agreements that would ensure U.S. troops and other citizens immunity from prosecution by the International Criminal Court.

THIS MAKES ME FUCKING NUTSO, MR. BUSH.
Have you been to such desperate countries, and witnessed the terrible need for aid that there is? Have you walked down the streets of Cusco and had poor, FILTHY dirty little kids chasing you, BEGGING you, NEEDING you to even SURVIVE the next 24 hours and if only you could spare a few bucks on ridiculous but oh-so-cute finger puppets? Have you met Elizabeth, and her toddler Angelito, who works all fucking day cleaning rich people's hotel rooms and selling cheap replica paintings on the street if only to make 3 FUCKING DOLLARS A DAY so she can barely feed and cloth her little boy in the FRIGID winter night temperatures? Or how about at Moray where you can see DISGUSTINGLY dirty little Inca children, STANDING ON THE CORNER OF A ROAD CRYING FOR JUST THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF FOOD, WITH SNOTS RUNNING DOWN THEIR FACE BECAUSE THEIR FAMILIES ARE EITHER SICK, DEAD, OR JUST SIMPLY CAN'T PROVIDE FOR THEM?

HAVE you Mr. Bush?

Would you DENY these poor people even the SLIGHTEST bit of money (33 million for the nation) to POSSIBLY set up an even SHITTY education system so that their children can have the CHANCE to improve their lives?

Would you screw them over so that our troops could be immune to fucking murdering people in third world countries (or even..just..NOT third world countries) so that no one would ever hear about it and you can keep going off on your fucking CRUSADE "against terrorism" when the only terrorist around is YOU?

Would you sacrifice ALL of this to branch out your disgraced empire to spread the American FILTH to the entire world?
